House of representatives has now taken on global significance because of the crisis in the middle east. So we are in this hour going to focus a bit on House Republicans meeting a tt this hour. They are hoping to get one step closer to decide who will become their next speaker. No legislation can be passed including any legislation that might address the growing crisis on the ground in israel. More moderate republican members are calling for a change to the powerful tool that matt gaetz used to oust Kevin Mccarthy. Currently the rule allows for a single republican member to offer up a resolution that would remove the speaker. Thing for the country without a doubt. My friends and i agree on that whether or not we agree on the speaker. He did the right thing. He did the right thing i think for this institution. He showed it could function in a time of crisis. Finally, i think he did the right thing for our party.
