The library of Congress Packard campus in culpeper, virginia, preserves and provides access to the libraries collection of films, television programs, radio broadcast, and sound recordings. American history tv visited the packard campus to learn about the earliest films, including u. S. President s, the spanishamerican war, world war i, and the first ever political ads created by the Democratic Party in 1912. Im head of the moving image section in the library of congress.
