Not Sure, But Minnesota May Have Topped Us Now that the end of winter is in sight, we can have a little fun. Inspired by a similar contest in Scotland that went viral, the Michigan Department of Transportation set up a little contest for the kids back in January, where children were encouraged to submit names for the individual snow plows. Encouraged by media types like Ch. 8's Ellen Bacca, in the first two days, they were overwhelmed with some 6,000 entries. Some of the names submitted by Michiganders included, "Plowy McPlow Face," "Sir Salt a Lot" and "Little Snow Peep."
