《对你的爱很美》借助喜剧设定，探讨新型家庭情感，以多线并行的模式呈现一部全员成长的家庭故事。剧中，沙溢饰演的脱口秀演员柯雷年轻时放荡不羁爱自由，而当时已经怀孕的女友罗晴（刘敏涛饰）选择和他分手，并与王大山（张嘉益饰）结婚，并生下女儿王小咪。多年之后，柯雷和王大山之间上演了生父和养父大PK。面对“从天而降”的女儿，柯雷五味杂陈，却也难舍亲情。
