Definitely a traumatic injury. Rescue teams say a 40year old homeless man was on foot at Guadalupe Reservoir and slipped and fell sometime before midnight last night. They say he fell some 10 feet and broke his leg. If you look carefully you can see blood on his pant leg. That man had the wherewithal to use a light to try to flag down a passing vehicle.
