He wants to listen, hear what others have to say, and create another avenue for change. To do that, he has three questions to start: What is your definition of equity? What is your understanding of inclusion? What is your understanding of diversity? And he’ll listen to anyone’s answers – students, faculty, community members. “Because this is not a one-person job; it’s a one-world job,” Morton said.
