Growth reflects a widely held view that the economy is still returning to the full utilization of its resources. Several factors are supporting this growth. Fiscal policy has shifted to a generally neutral stance, aided by the ryanmarie agreement reached at the end of 2013. If Congress Continues to act without harmful austerity, fiscal policy will continue to be conducive to strong growth.
