Heavy snow continued to fall Thursday morning across the Northeast as the season's first major winter storm slowly moved off the East Coast. Much of Pennsylvania felt the brunt of the storm, with more than a foot falling in parts of the state. In New York, some areas were hit with a whopping 40 inches or more.
