Missouri health care: Mercy, Quest Diagnostics make lab testing deal
Lab testing for many local medical patients will be routed through a facility in Lenexa, Kansas in the near future. Earlier this week Mercy's St. Louis-area headquarters announced a deal with New Jersey-based Quest Diagnostics that would change the way diagnostic lab services are administered in Mercy's operations in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma, including Mercy facilities in Springfield and southwestern Missouri.
