There is stronger commitment now to fight advices in society corruption, drug trafficking, drug abuse, whichever. It is more respect for human rights. There are fewer conflicts today. That doesnt mean except, of course, there are a few hotspots. When you look today, what is happening in the conflict areas in africa, they dont compare it.
