The state level, you've got to start cutting. these are temporary, stop-gap moves. are we going to be aiding the states in the long run? what a lot of people worry about is a massive state, massive federal bailout of the states that are under the most pressure, and i'll tell ya, this is the first step in that direction. i think that's really bad because states have to, basically, balance their budget on a long-term basis. you can't do it with these temporary measures if you want to be fiscally sound. i'll tell you, this is one of those temporary measures that doesn't do the trick. jenna: one o...
