In fact reputed to be the countrys first architect. Bull firj designed our building at the same time he was actually rebuilding the nations Capitol Building in washington, d. C. As he was undertaking the rebuilding of the capitol after it was substantially destroyed by the british during the war of 1812. He was designing our building.
