About three or four blocks of independence avenue closed off after a large portion of the tree fell on an adult male. We dont have his identification at this point. We dont know if he was a staffer here or a tourist. It appears he was alone. He is in Critical Condition at a local hospital as the u. S. Capitol Police Continue their investigation.
