Capitol grounds. We saw another portion of the branch collapse as well. It is still an unstable, unstable tree. The man was pinned under a large portion of the tree for a period of time. He was given cpr. He was unconscious at the time. They got him out from under the tree and transported him to a local hospital. He is said to be in Critical Condition.
