Legal troubles keep mounting for Steven Molinaro, who was arrested Tuesday on federal felon-with-a-firearm charges after he showed up to court on Staten Island.

Prosecutors were expected to arraign Steven Molinaro Thursday afternoon on the new charges after an investigation revealed he was the triggerman in the April 27 shooting inside his Fort Wadsworth home, law enforcement sources said.

Steven Molinaro, 33, was one of three men who was in the Lyman Ave. home — which his family owns — at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday when a 22-year-old woman was shot in the chest, police sources said.
