Steven Molinaro, 31, has been locked up without bail since August, after his arrest on federal gun and other charges after he was accused of shooting his 22-year-old girlfriend in the chest on April 27 and trying to cover up the crime.

The younger Molinaro faces federal gun charges and state attempted murder charges, after authorities said he shot his 22-year-old on-again, off-again girlfriend on April 27 and tried to cover up the crime.
