WTMJ-TV (Channel 4) is launching a half-hour newscast focusing on positive stories that "celebrate the city we love."  Steve Chamraz, who co-anchors Channel 4's 5 and 10 p.m. newscasts, will host the new show, "Milwaukee Tonight"; it debuts May 10 in the 6:30 p.m. time slot.
