Afternoon. Lingering cloud over south jersey, delaware, high cloud, produced by a cold front but coming through dry. Cold air is delayed. Today is still on the mild side, lower 60s for highs in philadelphia and at the shore this is sunshine lower 50s at the poconos. Just maybe a few more cloud but cold air toss arrive tonight.
