fugitive is back in custody after going on the run through anne arun dull county. police captured barksdale. he escaped from the annapolis district court about noon yesterday. barksdale was arrested on saturday on a warrant from north carolina. he's wanted on kidnapping and attempted rape. everyone got out of this burning home in upper marlboro last night. and this was the scene at the intersection of chester grove road and francisco court. the family living there got out before part of the roof collapsed. investigators will return to the burning and burned out home later this morn...
