Study network which was very, we were really drawn to this because, teachers are able to work in real time, and so they are forming goals, collaboratively, Planning Research lesson and conducting lesson and gathering evidence and using the evidence to improve the instructions and so it is live and collaborative but that is still happening in the same level this year, and we have 60 teachers participating, and this year, they were able to host a visit from Cuba University in japan, which is exciting across a Cultural Exchange with a couple of our elementary schools.
