From our studios in new york city, this is charlie rose. We remember Robin Williams this evening. He was my friend and he was a friend of this program. He came to this table often. Nobody on the planet could be so spontaneous, so improvisational, so smart as Robin Williams. Simply stated, there was no one like him. In a league of giants like letterman and carson and so many more in television and standup and film, he was a unique giant. So talented it took your breath away.
