Sun Dong is the head of the National Manned Space Project in Hong Kong. He is responsible for the development of the country's space program. He says the project has been a success so far, and he hopes it will be a success for the rest of the world. The project is expected to be completed by the end of the year, he says. It will be the first of its kind in the world, and will be followed by other projects in the region, including a space program in the Philippines.
