Owners Colleen Kothanek, Jon Webb and Stephanie Norris had been thinking about expanding for a few years and signed the lease for 414 Arboretum Drive before the pandemic. That brought delays in the process, but they are now closer to opening. “It’s finally all coming together,” Kothanek said. “This is the fun part, when you can see the pieces falling into place.” Booths and equipment are being placed now.
