Several lanes are closed in clearwater after a cash crashed into a pole and a hitandrun accident on the Howard Frankland bridge is causing backups. Reporter it could be several hours before they reopen the lanes. Right now you can see traffic still whizzing by. They are waiting for the medical examiner to get on scene. A tow truck driver was simply killed doing his job this morning. Trooper tell me the tow truck driver was hook up a disabled suv on the side of the Howard Frankland bridge when a black, 2014 Volkswagon Jetta hit and killed that tow truck driver then spedoff from the scene.
