As we get into this agreement and as we get into the destruction phase which is supposed to take place in november i can imagine the Assad Government saying wait a second im not going to give up my chemical weapons if youre sending weapons to the opposition. So this whole thing could become very complicated for the administration if it interferes with what i think is an effort on the part of the white house to step up support for the opposition.
