Yesterday afternoon. Witnesses told Police People in a silver Dodge Charger opened fire on a couple in that minivan. The man shot five times in his head and chest. He had to be airlifted to the hospital. The woman was shot in the hand. All lanes of i80 were shut down as investigators collected shell casings and other evidence. Make sure the whole scene is mapped, documented before we can open up the lanes. Reporter the backups on i 80 were massive.
