Tice White was born on January 22, 1978, in Camden, Arkansas to Robert and Ora White. He was raised in Camden, Arkansas, and attended Camden Fairview Public Schools. While attending Camden Fairview High School he also attended SAU-Tech as one of the first students enrolled in the concurrent enrollment program. He graduated from Camden Fairview High School in 1996. After graduating high school, White attended the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville where he majored in political science with a minor in education.
