Morning commute and we have a couple of incidents out there. But first i want to talk to you about the golden gate bridge. They are doing lane changes right about now. They are getting four southbound lanes open in the commute direction but you can see that everything is flowing smoothly across this bridge. Bart is on time. They are running all their trains on a normal regular schedule. This is one of the incidents i had mentioned westbound 580 at north first street. They are working to clear this diesel truck off to the center divide. And we are seeing some unusual slowdowns now for this time...

This morning, another ground of potentially dangerous arctic air is sweeping across the border from canada, hitting the upper midwest with temperatures well below normal and the possibility of more snow. The coldest temperatures will be in the northern great plains and great lakes. In some areas, 10 to 30 degrees below normal. And windchill advisories are posted in minnesota and the dakotas.
