Voters approved a change to the countys rule on recalls, raising a lot of questions ahead of november when there could be as many as five recalls. They were written in 1926 instead. They will use rules set by the state, which raises the number of signatures required to get a recall on the ballot, giving local officials more time to schedule a vote if it does.
