(NewsDakota.com) – Valley City used a 16-0 run early in the first half to open up an 18 point lead and never looked back on the way to a 60-40 win over Wahpeton in the play-in game of the Eastern Dakota Conference girls basketball tournament at the Hi-Liner Activity Center Saturday afternoon.
