Started to turn ugly here around 10 15 to 10 30. We are at the intersection of pennsylvania and north avenues. This is the area where we saw the looting and rioting just on monday night. Take a look here just beyond the crowd. Theres a police wagon. That is where they are putting some of the protestors who are arrested. Lets go to the video. We were here this evening when there was one protestor who was arrested. Apparently he was pepper sprayed. Let me tell you what happened first. You know the curfew was in effect.
