PM Modi focuses on development at Quad meet, Biden pulls no punch against Russia
The second in-person Quad meet was held on Tuesday among PM Narendra Modi, US president Joe Biden, Japanese PM Fumio Kishida and Australian PM Anthony Albanese. While PM Modi focused on the development of the Indo-Pacific region, Biden sought to use the Quad platform to slam Russia for its invasion of Ukraine.
