Zubereitung: Milch, Zucker und Reis zum Kochen bringen. Dann Hitze reduzieren und Topf zudecken. Für etwa 1 Stunde köcheln lassen, regelmäßig umrühren. In der Zwischenzeit Zimt und Zucker verrühren. Milchreis portionieren und mit Zimtzucker und Kakao bestreuen. Tipp: Die Milch kocht nicht über, wenn der Rand des Topfes mit Butter eingestrichen wird.
