City heres are warn leaders are warning people not to drink it, because yesterday crews were preparing for construction at the facility, and they accidently stired up sediment in the tank. They dont believe its impacted the treated but as you can see, theres quite a difference in these two. You can see a bunch of particles inside of that, and then clear. Its really touch and go.
