Bay area parks. Alum rock park in san jose is open but no open flames through the weekend, so no campfires or barbecuing. On mount diablo, there are no restrictions on barbecuing and campfires, but there is no water in most fountains and restrooms because of the drought. All roads are open but keep in mind, the park closes at sunset every night. And on mount tam, volunteers are perched in lookouts watching for fires.
