Britain and ireland are bracing themselves for the arrival of hurricane ophelia. Its the most powerful storm ever to have formed so far east in the atlantic. The met office has warned of potential danger to life with strong winds, heavy rain and storm surges expected. Theres a Severe Weather warning in place, although its hoped ophelia may weaken to a Tropical Storm by the time it makes landfall shortly. Sarah corker reports.
