Any further debate . Very briefly. It is hard to understand how having cast the votes in the senate on Human Trafficking and then say that has a negotiating objective, our own country that puts out a trafficking persons report and labels countries by tiers of how good to how bad they are that some of the worst offenders should get access to our market. Now somebody can get off the tier three provision by cleaning up their act and then they are eligible. But i dont understand how it is a problem to make that determination and make that one of our negotiating objectives. We reached an agreement ...
