Local streets still quardened off. The house where it happened is the gray house behind the bashes with the rv parked in front. Concord police were called to the home just before 6 00 and they wound up in a deadly confrontation with the woman who lives there. An officer or officers were not sure how many pulled their weapons and that woman was shot and killed on the path way just steps from her front porch.
