begin with meteorologist bill henley with the frigid forecast. frozen solid outside this morning. wind blowing making it feel colder. wilmington in the cold. wasn t all that much snow compared to some areas yesterday. wilmington and what s on the ground is frozen with temperatures that feel like they re in the single digits. the wind is blowing at cape may. view from the hotel. shaking in the winds that are cold at the shore too. winds are gusting to 25 miles an hour in wilmington. 26 in philadelphia and topping 20 miles an hour in trenton. they have been a bit stronger at the shore. 31 mile an hour wind gusts in wildwood. during the day, i expect the numbers to go higher. we could see winds topping 40 miles an hour. problem is that a lot of trees and branches have been weakened from the storm yesterday and still have snow and ice. we could see more branches come down during the day. could lead to more power outages during the day. all day long, going to be cold. feel ....
