Campbell county who was driving the car the plunged off the combs hehl bridge and into the ohio river heres some Surveillance Video of that incident. It was captured from a home on the kentucky side of the river. This video is a big piece in the investigation. Officers say they were contacted by a family about a missing relative that hasnt been seen since the time of the accident. That person apparently drives the same type of car that crashed.
