The Milford Daily News FRANKLIN — After the coronavirus pandemic halted Franklin's Fourth of July celebration last year, a little — or even a lot — of rain wasn't going to wash out its first Franklin Blues Festival. Despite the downpour on Saturday, the new blues festival went off with a bang during the town’s annual Fourth of July celebration held at the Town Common.
