  Jackson Family Wines Inc. has filed a federal lawsuit against the world’s biggest wine producer for alleged trademark infringement, according to the civil complaint. The Santa Rosa-based wine giant alleges E. & J. A man was downloading indecent images on his computer as police arrived at his home to arrest him, a court heard. When police examined various digital devices belonging to Robert Lishman, they found a horrifying collection of more than 800 indecent images, including numerous pictures of children as young as two and three being sexually abused.
