The mountains are so radical that the only way to get here is on boat or plane. Were going to get dropped off at the edge of a glacier, and then were going to walk 15 miles to a base camp and, ideally, go and ride one of the most beautiful mountains in the world mount bertha. I mean, this is certainly one of the most ambitious missions ive ever attempted. You dont just walk into these serious mountains and be like, thats where we want to go. Its sunny. Were going to walk up to it. Its this process. Having the right crew is critical. When youre this far out on the edge, you have to rely on your team to make it back.
