Another man. Who lived here, and at some point one of the men opened fire from the parking lot. Bullets struck almost everything. Including a man in his 40 s. We spoke with a resident, and he heard the shots and came running to the scene to actually help. He saw several men get into a red car and speed off. He also tells me he saw the victim, who he says was conscious and talking. It was pop, pop. Pop pop pop. He was laying on the floor.
