Think that theyre really trying to work with the community. They have impressed me that they want to work with some of the some of the contractors, and and some of the the people that really want to work and have jobs, and i think thats what they impressed me with what they doing, and so i just want to come today to let you know thats thats where we stand, and we want to stand with clark and mortensen, and when they standup and they come, and whatever or however their problems are, their problems are our problems, and we will stand with them regardless and however because of what we have witnessed, what they have done for us and the community. Thank you. Thank you, sir. Ashley rhodes. Good afternoon, commissioners, again. I also have two hats that i wear, also, as well. Im a a soldier for aau, as well as a penny contractor. Would watch these buildings take hips. Im so proud that my dads fingerprints are on these buildings, and i think thats what we need to continue to do, and thats a promise of what was redevelopment and partnerships. Josh, thank you so much for joining us. I do have a couple of questions for you as it refers to the local hire piece, if you can come up. You know, when redevelopment was happening, there were many of us that were here, commissioner breed, commissioner singh, commissioner leroy king, commissioner covington, and one of the things that we pushed during redevelopment was local hire, and i know we got some push back from many people. And my whole response to that was the Redevelopment Agency, this is 100 resource. All were asking is 50 . So as long as you give San Francisco 50 of that opportunity, you can do whatever else you want with that other 50, and thats a g ....

By providing jobs and opportunities to people in their city. My dad, who worked in construction, many, many years ago, for dinwiddie, many years ago, he would take us and we would watch these buildings take hips. Im so proud that my dads fingerprints are on these buildings, and i think thats what we need to continue to do, and thats a promise of what was redevelopment and partnerships. Josh, thank you so much for joining us. I do have a couple of questions for you as it refers to the local hire piece, if you can come up. You know, when redevelopment was happening, there were m ....
Department should prepare. It should layout the kinds of questions the board would like to address and leave it to the department to whether those would be addressed in a negative declaration or whether they need an Environmental Impact report or the board could be more directive and say we dont understand this and there is a fair argument that this project does require an eir. If the board would take that, i would advise the board to give some planning on the direction there on where the lack of substantial evidence is. So by voting against the negative declaration we are not voting against the project, we could be simply saying we want an Environmental Review. Too project could not go forward without a ceqa document. Until there is this negative declaration upheld and affirmed by this form or some environmental report completed. Without that, no project can move ....
Not from our standpoint. Both facades have their defining features and they are outlined very clearly about what they are. I think thats the crux of what i have a problem with that in a way you are saying two different things. So, it doesnt make sense to me. Thank you.
