They merged the tax plan with a measure from the energy and Natural Resources committee which would essentially open up oil drilling in the Arctic National wildlife refuge in alaska. This is a big priority for senator Lisa Merkowski and a long of republicans. So essentially it has this oil drilling provision in it now and will go to the floor as one package.
