Midterms. Dan henninger and mary ogrady and bill mcgurn, lets ask. Looks like the president s gearing up to make this a big Midterm Election issue, immigration. Thats pretty clear, paul. Hes making an issue that he campaigned on, the wall and influx of migrants and immigrants from mexico. I have to wonder a little bit, paul, whether its a political issue is one thing. The other question is whether it is a substantive problem on the border.
