When asked why south basin was not being receipt retrofitt d retrofitted, it made no reference to north basin. In the puc report from 2018, the report states that both basins have been retrofitted. Director mcfadden presented that to you earlier in the fall and provided an update a couple months ago. That plan covers all of the departments work, all of its programs.
