For the second time this month caltrans is closing the san mateo bridge as it works to resurface the roadway for the First Time Since the bridge opened. And this time obviously the closure is on a Holiday Weekend. Jana katsuyama is live at the toll road where the closure just went into effect. Reporter it just did, frank.
