闪崩后，越南股市风险凸显
彭博社13日报道说，在亚太股指普遍反弹的情况下，此前一度成为全球最强劲股市的越南股市忽然暴跌。12日，越南主要股指一度重挫近6%，13日要股指微涨0.1%左右。
报道称，今年上半年，越南股市涨幅居世界首位。截至6月底，胡志明指数涨幅超过40%。但在股市创下新高同时，经济风险也显著增加。外资一度认为越南宏观经济向好，货币汇率稳定，因而持续流入该国。但在越南国内疫情加剧以及外资在金融市场获利后，外国投资者开始大量抛售越南金融资产。今年上半年，外国投资者净卖出近36万亿越南盾（约合人民币101亿元），是去年同期的225%。
彭博社称，疫情的加重成为越南经济增长的最大威胁。从6月底开始，越南确诊人数大幅增加，每日新增确诊突破2000例。疫情扩散下，越南债务风险也扩大。汇丰银行称，在美联储收缩流动性、外资持续流出情况下，越南经济财政脆弱性进一步凸显。有分析人士称，尽管全球疫情下越南成为部分外国制造业转移的目的地，但该国疫情恶化将阻断这一进程。同时，越南并未有效提升自己在全球价值链中的地位或产业基础能力，反而因此更依赖国外市场，这对其经济独立性构成威胁。▲（雁 初）
